As all of our furniture are specially crafted for you, the production plus delivery lead time for all of our furniture is usually 8 to 10 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs will be indicated separately during the check-out process and on the order form or invoice, unless otherwise provided.

You can do so at no charge before 14 days of the original scheduled delivery date. Rescheduling within 14 days of original scheduled delivery date will incur a restocking fee of S$100 per delivery order for invoices valued above S$1000. For rescheduled delivery of more than 7 days from original date, additional warehousing charges will be incurred. Our Customer Service will contact you regarding the additional charges.

If the product is in the condition that is defective or damaged, you may notify our Customer Service within 7 days from the date of delivery with a chargeable restocking fee of 25% per returned item. You can either request for a full refund of the price of the product, or arrange for a replacement. Return Terms & Conditions apply.

Before shipping, we always carry out quality control and order conformity. However, if you should receive a product different to what you have ordered, we will arrange for a substitute at no extra cost to you.

Yes, our services extend to a worry-free door-to-door delivery with your purchase to most addresses. You will be notified by email by our Customer Service on the delivery arrangement.

Some of our products come readily assembled and others require assembly. Please refer to the Product Information section in individual product pages to find out. For those products that require assembly, we do provide white glove delivery service for most items in Singapore whereby the delivery is done to your doorstep and our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position. For international orders, we will provide this service by working with a local agency with a surcharge. 

We do not support change-of-mind requests as our products are made to order.

We will process the refund in 14 days from the date of collection and credit back through the original mode of payment. Return Terms & Conditions apply.

Warranty period differs with each product. For details, please refer to our Sales Terms & Conditions.

If a problem should arise, please contact our Customer Service with clear photos and a description of the problem. The original receipt will also need to be produced as part of the warranty requirement.
