Fulfilment:
Our services extend to a worry-free door-to-door delivery with your purchase to most addresses in Singapore. You will be notified by email by our Customer Service on the delivery arrangement.

Assembly: Not required
For those products that require assembly, we do provide white glove delivery service for most items in Singapore whereby the delivery is done to your doorstep and our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position. For international orders, we will provide this service by working with a local agency with a surcharge.

Change of Mind:
You can contact our Customer Service in writing within 48 hours from the time of order and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. After that, we do not support change-of-mind requests as our products are made to order.
