Assembly: Not required
For those products that require assembly, we do provide white glove delivery service for most items in Singapore whereby the delivery is done to your doorstep and our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position. For international orders, we will provide this service by working with a local agency with a surcharge.
Change of Mind:
You can contact our Customer Service in writing within 48 hours from the time of order and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. After that, we do not support change-of-mind requests as our products are made to order.

1) All upholstered furniture may vary +/-2cm in dimension and is not considered a defect. If furniture consists of two or more modules, a 2-5cm tolerance is expected.
